How do I receive my purchase?
All purchases are available for immediate download after check out.

What is included in the download?
Each product contains the After Effects file, a folder containing all assets, and a text file that explains how to customize your project.

Can I purchase my files in CD or DVD format?
At this time we do not sell CDs or DVDs. Most customers prefer to download their products immediately after purchase. If you need a hardcopy, please contact support@wemakemotion.com and we will help you out.

Can I use these files in commercial projects?
Of course you can! All files can be used in commercial videos, websites, advertisements, in-store displays, and much more. Please check our terms of service for a complete explanation of acceptable uses.

How much can I edit these projects?
Our projects are designed for you to be able to drag and drop you own content into the project and have a great looking video, but the sky is the limit. You can edit all assets included with the project also, either in After Effects or with separate image editing software such as Photoshop. All assets are editable, and no video elements are pre-rendered.

Do After Effects CS3 files work with previous versions of
After Effects?
Unfortunately After Effects CS3 files are not backwards compatible.

Can I convert these files to different resolutions and formats?
Yes, in fact we've done the most common resolution/formats for you. Each After Effects project contains final compositions at the
following settings:

HD 1080 - 1920x1080
HD 720 - 1280x720
NTSC DV - 720x480
NTSC D1 - 720x486
PAL - 720x576

How often do you add new products?
We don't have a specific delivery schedule. You can subscribe to our RSS news feed to receive notification of new products and current promotions. You can also sign up for our quarterly newsletter to receive exclusive deals not advertised on the site.
